Return Policy

OUR BOOKS ARE RETURNABLE for any reason. All books purchased directly from us may be returned for credit or refund if received within one year of the original invoice date. A copy of the original invoice and/or receipt must be included with return shipment. Shipments must be returned prepaid to Anchor Cove Publishing, c/o The Intrepid Group, 1331 Red Cedar Circle, Fort Collins, CO 80524. Books returned will be refunded with the invoice amount less shipping.

NOTICE OF SHORTAGE OR NONRECEIPT must be made within 30 days of the shipping/invoice date for domestic shipments, 60 days for foreign. We will contact you to arrange replacement of the shortage or non receipt. NOTICE OF DEFECTIVE BOOKS must be made within 30 days of the shipping/invoice date for domestic shipments, 60 days for foreign. We require you to return the defective books. We will pay freight on the return of defective books as well as the shipment of replacement books.

BOOKS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT are not the responsibility of the publisher. Please make claim to the carrier.
